Haha, ctrl+v doesn't work, but try right clicking and pasting 
Right click and paste should work. No keyboard shortcut in it.

if you want to right the same command which you have written then you can press up key.
Thats shift+up to scroll through the recent commands that you've typed. Er, I think..>.<
