First run WV Dial in Linux

Clink the Source on how to do it.

Source

But instead add this or copy these setting in WV dial.

[Dialer Defaults]
Modem = /dev/ttyACM0
Baud = 460800
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0
ISDN = 0
Modem Type = Analog Modem
Phone = *99#

username = (edit as per your service provider)
Password = (editas per your service provider)
Init3 = AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","internet2.voicestream.com";
Stupid Mode = 1

Yes please log in as root.
Have a nice surfing.

^^He wants to connect using bluetooth so
Modem=/dev/rfcomm0
Also Init3 would depend on the network
Anything can be put in the wvdial file for username and password

Use the search feature of that forum, and you will find the complete solution.
