Which ISP do you use ?

that is because of your connection and not because of the game or the system you are playing at..

Search for servers near India. They should give lot better pings than ones in Europe or USA.

if you are playing via wireless,you will get high ping only,if on wired connection you must have a good upload speed to get low pings...
