Crew for GTA Online heists

So I've only started the Heists a week or so... and I'm tired of trying to do them with randoms... All those A-holes leaving mid-setup every time.
Anyone still playing GTAO here? If so, and if you wanna help me complete the heists, add me @ Aron_44 (Social club)
