1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
50% Gaming (watchdogs, cod advanced warfare, hitman absolution, far cry4)
30% Video/Audio Editing (handbrake, ffmpeg, xilisoft)
20% office work (virtual machines,linux,development)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:
25K

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:
No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:
Windows 7.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:None. Already have 320 GB hdd.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:
Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti
SATA HDD 320 GB

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: After 5th June 2015 (ASAP)

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Have done before.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Pune. I will buy from wherever possible but authentic and low cost.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:
I want the following configuration:
cabinet
8 gb ram 1600 MHz
i3/i5 processor(maybe/maybe not)

Kartik.Sharma1607, whenever you are posting a build with those prices make sure you do mention VAT concerns. Its very misleading with such prices. I5-4440 is not available for 11290 in almost any shop in N.P.
The cheapest deal I cracked was 12,100 bucks recently.

Otherwise , add ~14% vat on the items and then post. It will be quite helpful to buyer.

if you are going to buy another 8gb stick in near future , then buy one 8gb module for now.
Otherwise buy dual modules ( 4gb each ) so that you can use make effective use of dual channel memory.
