Dataone on Mandriva Linux 2007

Guys, I have just installed Mandriva Linux 2007. I'm a bit new to linux and have not yet been able to connect to the internet on it. I have dataone broadband and have a dlink router.

How do you connect to the internet? Even a link would be appreciated.
