For Drivers get them from Dell website and for software, get them from their respective websites.

1. The battery lasts for 3 hours 15 minutes only. The support staff who delivered it told me it will last 5 hours.
And it never reaches 100%, its always 99% and shows 1 minute to get fully charged.
2. Wifi signal is weak. I'm using it at 18 feet distance.
Anyone having this issue?

^ Update drivers from DELL website,referencing your particular model number.
