My desktop monitor had screen issue.Complaint registered yesterday noon.they replaced it on one day.today morning new monitor arrived at home.excellent!

not new but it should be a refurbished one. mine got replaced in 2 days.

They cut open the box in front of me. Isn't that a new monitor?
