Go for Dell Inspiron 15 3537 @55k with core i7 4500U and AMD 8850M.
Its an awesome laptop for college. Extraordinary battery life(upto 12 hours--->personally tested).
Just the screen quality is not up to the mark as the TN panel is of slightly poor quality.
The AMD GPU will be very good for CAD and this will perform better than Y510p for CAD.
Gaming performance is similar to Lenovo Y510p core i5 version.
Is this true ??

Ya but I won't be able to play many games on fhd resolution and it doesn't matter to me much as long as the viewing angles and colour reproduction is good.

Stop PMing me. Post here. I'll reply when I have time.
Yes, I have personally tested the Inspiron 15 3537.
Gaming performance is not bad and more or less at par with Y510p core i5 version.
Battery life is simply superb.
It has a 768p screen and the viewing angles are pretty poor.
It is recommended for college because of its good battery life and good gaming performance on battery. Y510p loses almost 80% of its gaming prowess when on battery. Meanwhile Inspiron 15 loses only ~30%. This is because of the ULV processor.

And I am not able to find y510p anywhere under 60k

i5 version discontinued, i7 is out of stock, in most places.
replacement version came in the form of y50 i7 version. costs 75k.
i5 version of y50 isn't available in India.
All FHD.
