TV-Out cable == The cable which can be used to connect to your TV(the yellow colour one). This is what I have. No idea about the other one

SPDIF Adapter, this cable enables you to view your favorite DVDs on a full screen television

SPDIF is sony/philips digital interconnect format for the audio. Connects to spdif enabled audio systems for better experience. Its a format for audio transfering form the soundcard on the computer to audio systems.

Or just TV-out cable w/ SPDIF will do as it already comes with SPDIF.

^^^ You can buy all the cables separately from the electronics market if you want. Its your choice.
