dell xps 15 problem

i am trying to reinstall OS (clean format factory OS)
i have tried many times, burning DVD's with various window's ISO available from internet, with various program's available. burn's successfully.
but never gets read. instead it shows blank DVD. i have wasted many DVD's in this process. those DVD's are getting read in every other computer.

even tried to get burn DVD from others but my xps 15 dosen't reads. but it successfully reads every other DVD with different content even the OS DVD of xps 15.

please tell the way to solve this problem.

Idk why your system is unable to read the disk, but if you need to format the pc, you can do that with a bootable pen drive.

i had similar issue but with media files, in my case, there was something wrong with the region settings of the DVD drive :p
