Dell XPS L502x new screen - advice needed

Hi,

I've a DELL XPS L502x and its screen (1080p one) is damaged!
Could anyone please recommend where to order genuine screen?

Dell service center said that it would cost around 6.5k.
Local shop said that it would cost around 6K.

I don't think 6.5k for 15.6" 1080p display is too much. It'll be hard to find a display that cheap in India, and then you'll have to find someone to do the repairing. Even aliexpress shows price as $60 which comes to about 4k and you may have to pay custom duty on that plus the repairing cost.

Go with the official Dell one. 6.5k is fair price and you will get some amount of warranty too.

The display of your Dell series will cost your around 7k..

It's better if you go to the service center..
