1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: School Level Rendering. Used softwares will be Adobe After Effects, Vegas pro, photoshop , office and other softwares used for video editing.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:50,000 can be extended to maybe 5k more.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:may be considered but is not a priority.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Win 7 Home Premium.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1TB HDD+ 64/128 GB SSD.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes, cheapest 22" 1920x1080.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Wanna buy everything, starting from scratch.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:mid-March

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:no, wanna build it myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:India, buying locally but may buy from flipkart if offer is good.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I am building a desktop for my friend, he'll do the assembly himself so a guide (maybe a link) on how to assemble a desktop will be appreciated. A quaddro card is preferred over Geforce and i7 is a must. 4-8 GB RAM.

is there a core i7 equivalent of fx 8350? and this desktop will be used for almost no gaming so what about a quaddro card? is that not viable for this budget?

What about this one?

i7 will be out of budget. for rendering, i7 will be faster only by a small margin.suggested 7790 for its excellent open cl support.
yep, you can consider quadro -*www.flipkart.com/leadtek-nvidia-k6...k600&ref=8e5ba7c8-7b8a-4f8e-87b0-518e4a25b9e6
those are mainly intended for professionals. ask Cilus for better suggestion on gpu part.

barely. Driver support will be extremely poor. A quaddro card is never almost never benchmarked for gaming performance. If you wanna game get a geforce.

A quadro card of same hardware as a geforce card should cost approximately twice so it's not recommended for gaming. It's useful for doing scientific calculations using cuda cores and also for rendering.
