HEY!
So the situation is that I need something for attending meetings with big screen (larger than a phone).

What I need is some device through which I can attempt online meetings like tab or laptop(which surely is not available in my budget). Any hack or Jugaad would also work. I will be using Google Hangout Meet Platform.

  • My budget is 10K BUT can increase to 15K if required.
  • The device is only required for meetings.
  • I have used ChromeCast but audio is a problem for it.
  • Also no to Raspberry Pi's.
  • It must have screen bigger than 11 inches.
  • Any hacks are also welcome which can be used with an android phone.
  • Also mention any android tab complying to my budget.
If you require any other info you can ask in the replies.

I doubt you'll get a decent tab in that budget. Perhaps there could be some tablet on AliExpress but I doubt it.

Yes earlier I was planning to buy that generic 10.1 inch Tablet from banggood but you know due to present scenario it is difficult for me.

If you know about any other option like some hack or a Tab available on amazon then please tell since one offered by Samsung is 8 inch which is smaller than what I need

You basically want something like a cheap streaming setup?

Use your current mobile and PC for this.

I would have this but I am not doing it for myself but rather my friend's brother who wants it. So something more straight forward will be better like a Tablet or anything else but not too much complex rather simple.

Added to this he cannot use his laptop because he too have his meeting at the same time his brother has. so eventually he needs a second device for his brother

Perhaps look for a second hand tablet?

Mirror the phone's screen to TV via USB-c to HDMI and use its back camera as input. Use wireless mouse/keyboard for control /text input.

This is also a good idea. USB to HDMI OTG cables are relatively cheap.

As far as I know he has got phone with micro USB and not USB c..
IIRC these are also available for micro-USB.

Anyways, I ended up getting iPad 10.2 2019. Though exceeded my budget, but looking at the durability, I feel it must last the next 5 years.

At that price, a laptop would've been much better. :)

Actually, at that price, potato PCs are available.

Also, I need it only for conferencing needs, added the battery life, updates, portability, and fluidity of iPadOS, I considered the iPad.
