Difference or similarity between microSD and microSDHC memory card

Hi, Forum friends, what is the difference between a microSD memory card and a microSDHC memory card?

My purchased VeeDee E10 Tablet says that it supports microSD card upto 32GB capacity. But I have purchased a microSDHC card of 16GB capacity from Transcend, will that card be compatible with the E10 Tablet?
Friends,please clear my confusion.
