Digital weighing scale buying help

Hi guys,

I'm planning to get a digital weighing scale. I'll be using these mainly for two reasons:

1) Tracking my own weight regularly
2) Checking the weight of the baggage when going on international trips

Please recommend a suitable digital scale for my usage.
