Discover 150f OR Honda CB Shine ?? Pls suggest !

Hi Guys

My elder bro wants to take a new bike. He has previously owned HH Splendor, Discover 125 cc. His budget is max 65K...
Now discover has problems and a rattling engine after 2 years but reviews of 150f New discover say something else. Shine has refined engine but vibrates after speed of 60. He is confused which one to take

Please suggest urgently. Bike will be for city use

For some reason, I hate the look of bajaj bikes except pulsar. It's like they are trying to fix the previous one and keep messing it up even more. I have a shine and feel the 5th gear should've been present. Gives 50-55 kmpl easily.

hmm thnx..does it vibrate after speed of 60 ?

Somewhat when reaching 65+, good synthetic engine oil should minimise them.
