display resolution problem

i have Dell S2240L Monitor & EAH4350 SILENT/DI/1GD2 | Graphics Cards | ASUS Global

i change my old display VGA cable to DVI to HDMI currently i have AmazonBasics HDMI Input to DVI Output *www.amazon.in/gp/product/B014I8UL8U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

please check this images iam faceing this problem....i reinstall card drivers & i change display resolution but problem still there....please help

Check in your amd catalyst control centre settings for display & overscan settings.
