If you want how to use tutorials, i would suggest the inbuilt tutorial in the phone. Trust me, even all the mobile pro's should check the tuts once. They reveal some nice shortcuts of the phone they are using.

alsildaka iam symbian software engineer,i just enetered in to project so i want development and how yo use tutorials and all of it's learning tutorials

Check out "Forum Nokia" and NewLC.com for some great symbian tutorials.
Also the SDK itself has some great code and decent documentation.
