The Folding GPU2 client uses my 8800GT to do the number crunching and runs several times faster than the CPU client. Also as the CPU is ~100% free, I can continue running other programs! The Seti client is a CPU based one. Hope they tap the huge potential of Nvidia's CUDA enabled cards soon!
