Dr.DivX 1.0 OSS error

whenever i try to run Dr.DivX 2.0 i get a an error saying............

This applicaion has failed to start because drffmpeg.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

How do i rectify this error??
I am using WinXp with service pack 2.
