I installed Windows Vista Ultimate 2 days ago on my pc. Everything worked fine, got working drivers for almost every hardware i got, but when i tried to install drivers for my DSL modem provided by BSNL, VISTA didnt accepted it and gave me following error (screenshot attached). I hv this Huawei SmartAX MT882 modem. Pls help me to get my modem work on Vista :(

Well there isn't a Vista driver available for BSNL modems (They provide modems of The company huwwai or sterlite here.).

So I think you Have to use LAN. No other option available for now.

^^ I checked my Modem CD and some of my friends CDs too.
There are no modem drivers for OS after XP.

So i guess you have to use LAN Card.
