DVD Reads Cd's But Wont Read DVD's

Hii ppl i am using Lite -On LH-20A1P....

it's happening from few months that my DVD Writer..reads all cd's fine but it fails to recognize dvd's(This months Digit DVD's for instance)...

Please help me out....

Your dvd drive needs rma - send it to the service center.

is the dealer of LiteOn Rashi? if so they won't replace ur drive. & even if they do, they wil give a used drive dat wil go bad with a couple of months. BEWARE.

Fortunately they are not. ZYup I know they provide bad service as I've faced with asus dvd rw drives.
