Is there any software outside that lets you make DVD Video Disk like pro
in which you have option to choose in the beginning which video to play [if there are more than 1], etc.?

there are so many.
you can also try Ulead DVD movie factory. It is very easy to use and has a lot of templates. And nero vision is also simple to use with.
