Ear bud headphones under 700

Hi,
Please suggest me the best ear bud type headphones under 700 bucks. Don't want to stretch budget unless it's really worth it. Any brand is ok, but just have to be ear bud type. I'll be using it with phone and laptop. Thanks for reading.

Quick search in fk found these things. All have pretty decent ratings. I particulary liked sound magic es 18 *www.flipkart.com/sound-magic-es-18-headphone/p/itmd8dggvtjvyyek?pid=ACCDUVC6HQ8W7JD6&srno=b_6&ref=da141178-f4ee-40ce-91dd-adf2002137b3

First two are out of budget :-(

. Are you sure iBall is a good brand for headphones? I always had a bad feeling about them.

Forgive my naiveness, never heard of this brand. Is it the best for this budget? What if I'm ready to extend a little bit (800)? Is there any better option? It's just that I'm worried about A.S.S..
