Are you using Electric or Manual ? Are electric ones really good and worth spending or is it just a marketing Gimmick ?

Manual. I had used electric long before in 2013ish, it was some chinese imported stuff i bought from airport, didnt clean properly, just used to vibrate, now after being habitual of manual brush, that didnt give that clean feeling no matter even if it was cleaning.

But now better options are available and brands like mi and realme too have started making them.

To conclude, depends on what the person's hand is set on.

^^You mean depends on the person using it ? Does it perform on what it says...like More plaque removal, comfort etc

Maybe it will be able to remove more plaque due that vibration but for comfort, I'd say it makes that job 25% done but rest 75% needs to be done by user

I don't think there is any difference except personal preference.

^^Yes, But they advertise it in such a way that will make you believe to replace the manual one completely.
