Even cable net connections have some form of FUP. My Hathway connection has, and it sucks big time.

there many other cable net providers such as i5net,in2cable etc which dont have FUP

True ,... Hathway does have ... :(

my friend has been using .. the one supplied by InCableNet ... in western suburb ... without FUP

Though I will not suggest Tikona, as I heard their terrific support and CC. But in our area we have not faced any technical fault since today.
