hi
i am trying to delete video and some softwares' files on my computer that i downloaded from the web, but can't do so because of some problem in authorization ..or so as i think.
there are 2 types of error messages that appear
the 1st is:the action cant be completed as the file is open in some other program (this is for incompletely downloaded torrent files)
the 2nd is somewhat more complex:first a message displays saying you need to confirm this operation
on confirming another box says if you started this action continue
the final box says you need permission to perform this action and if i opt for cancel it closes down..(this is for videos)
anyone plz help me with this problem??
thanx in advance
