filesharing between meego and windows7

I have a windows7 main computer and a samsung n100 netbook running MEEGO. Can anybody tell me how to connect them through a network for file and printer sharing? Also does anybody knows how to install windows7 in the n100 in a dual booting mode without removing the original MEEGEO?
