Apart from what everyone has posted above usually for anti-virus & firewall solutions there are Server versions available but they might not be free.
Just check the trial versions out in case in future you feel the need to go for paid versions.

The built in IpSec firewall is good. Why dont you use that?

From what I've learnt & still in the learning curve,IPsec is not a firewall.
IPSec stands for IP Security. It has go to do with rules & policies like say blocking ICMP replies when someone pings your IP.Basically various security addons to the TCP/IP stack.
IPSec may increase the security with a layered approach in mind but considering it or even saying that it is a firewall can be considered as noobish.

Here are free firewall / proxy servers for Windows Server systems

WIPfw
Privoxy
Open VPN

whole list can be found here

but my persional suggestion would be spend some amount on security and go for paid one...

I am using Kerio Winroute Firwall which costs approx $500 for 30 uers..

but it is worth spending the amount..

cheers

Try Tiny Firewall, Its easy to use, intuitive AND the older version is free for personal use. I can email you a copy of the file (1.4 Mb) if you need it . Just email lavanian@vsnl.net :)
