here's one of my Chocolate Icecreams (usually for 2, but for 1 person if he wants it all ;) ):

1. Take 1/2 litre milk/cream and boil it.
2. add either 2 tbsp chocolate powder or 60 gm Dark chocolate ( i prefer dark chocolate) to boiling milk.
3. Add 3-4 tbsp sugar and stir throughly.
4. Boil till the mix is reduced to 75% of original and let it cool to room temperature.
5. Put the mix in the freezer till it freezes (for 1- 1/2 hours).
6. Take the mix out and blend it using a mixie/blender (this is done to break the ice crystals formed in the cream).
7. Again freeze it for 1/2 hours.
8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 till you have desired consistency and texture of the Ice cream.
9. Add choco-chips and mix with a spoon before serving the Ice cream. Chocolate flakes can also be added (optional).

Tip: Cool the serving glasses/bowls for 15 minutes in the freezer before serving. Ice cream won't melt quickly.
