whether u wanna start a forum or whether u wanna create a forum-base like vbulletin or invasion board

if u wanna create a forum, simple , head to one of those websites giving free web - hosting and create a forum, dead simple, everything will be preconfigured there

No one has got enough time today to guide you thoroughly. They can just show the path and you have to take time to figure out the things.

A lesson for all forum runners, if you are lazy, you will never make a large, popular forum. :D It needs work, lots of time >>6 months, unique and quality content and more work.
