I am using 8600 GT DDR2 OC.

1st thing is that "OC" is a plain LIE. THere is nothing OCed.

Card is fine more for most games on high or very high setts at Res upto 1024 x 768

At higher resolution than above the performance drops for intensive games.

ITs a good enough card for games.

Most of the times, u can oC it manually to much higher levels.
For 6.2k, its a fair deal.
But i wud recommend Asus EN 8600GT for 6.8k. Gr8 build quality. nd cooling.
