i bought galaxy ace phone i cant find the 3g network what i do?????

if you want to toggle 3g there is 2 ways to do this: add widget>power widget & there should be an option for 2G->3G. else go to settings>network>mobile network & there you have it.
Do you have 3g coverage in your area? If yes, have you opted for it?
