Your card might be overheated.Measure the temperature using Hwmonitor.Which is your cabby? Does it have extra fans to ensure proper cooling?

Motherboard : Fine.
CPU: Which Dual core is it..? But should be fine.
RAM: If possible increase total width to 4GB of same speed.
HDD: Fine.
GPU: Fine.
PSU: What is the exact model. (CM Extreme(??))
Monitor: Fine.

Which Forceware Driver are you on, is it the latest..?

Your system should never hang while playing games. Since the resolution is so low. Your GPU is a powerful unit.

What GPU temperatures are you getting..?

The psu can be the main cause.
