give details about motherboard & PSU.
run game at mid details and check temperature of both processor & GPU.

btw have you ran any heavy benchmark recently?

yup do as sam suggested.first mention your psu and have you used any benchmarking tool that stress your gfx card very badly.reinstall the gfx driver and try to run the game.have you oced your gfx card?
Btw even some background process may cause problem like this.

so heat doesn't looks to be a problem. btw pc crashes while playing any other game? it can be driver problem or faulty gpu (even if it ran fine initially) or the motherboard.

There are lots of entries in red how to determine which to post

Its a new PC i dont think there will be any problem with ram.
