I want to buy a laptop for rs30-35k for gaming and programming. I will be buying it from the US. I heard that there're custom built laptops available there.I know that within this price range no laptop will be able to support high graphics games but I would still like to know whether it is better to buy from India or the US. Or is it better to wait for a month or two for the holiday season to avail discounts if any?
PS:I am posting this through my phone(old lappy dead and thus I need a replacement),so can't follow the template.

No point in importing a laptop for that budget. cheapest laptop from Xotic PC with 820m is XOTIC PC | MSI CX61 2PC-499US - 15.6" Laptop worth 700$ ~ 42000 add another 8k for shipping and customs. buy Lenovo G50 instead.
