Thanks for the reply buddy.

But just one questions will FX 8350 + R9 280x work fine with video and 3d rendering?
I kinda think that Intel has better single core performance.

do you think video and 3d rendering are single threaded??

Get a Bitfendix Collosus as the cabinet
1tb HDD
Gtx 760
Crosair 550v
Crosair vengeance 8gb 2x4gb
And still you should have budget for a motherboard and processor, and accessories

And I don't much know about motherboard and processor.

3D rendering is a huge filed and numerous applications come under it. For Adobe after effects, AMD GCN is more suitable because of its newly added OpenCL support, Blender runs better in nVidia GPU and for
3D modelling, I need to know the name of the applications before commenting.

However, 280X performs significantly better than 760 Ti in gaming and for a overall case, I will pick up a 280X anyday over 760. Check for the HIS Ice Q X2 280X which is cheaper (around 23K) and offers slightly better cooler.

I would prefer R9 280X anytime considering it has 3GB and cheaper than GTX 770, makes it a bit future proof.

However my main confusion is what CPU to choose INTEL OR AMD. Any suggestions?

Intel and AMD are comapnies, not CPUs. A CPU will not be good just because it's manufactured by Intel or AMD. Look at the performance of actual products rather than names of companies manufacturing them.

FX 8350 will be idle for you use case as it offers performance comparable to i7 4770 but at just half of it's price.

Google for OEM

Isn't it somewhat costly compared to Sapphire/HIS GPU's. Sapphire/HIS R9 289X 3GB comes for 22k right.

Just got the PSU.
So, it has only one 6+2 pin pci-e connector where as my GPU got 2 x (8 pin)
GPU consist of two 8pin to 4 pin molex connectors
What should I do?

Sorry, I don't know much.

Connect those Molex connecters to the PSU's molexes and then to your GPU ...

Will that work fine?
I just read that using molex will reduce the efficiency of the GPU.

Nopes. If the PSU has enough juice to power up the GPU, adding Molex will not do any harm to it

nothing like that. if the psu is good, then no need to worry. you have a good psu.

Yes it should work fine.
The problem of burning/melting out those adapters only arise if it is overloaded or is of poor quality(which is sometimes available locally),like in this instance *bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=51740.msg756030#msg756030.
One more thing, preferably connect those 4-pin connectors to separate PSU cables. That way the load is more distributed and is lesser on individual PSU cables.

If it would not work then why would have those companies provide you with them ?? think a bit .
