*1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')*
Ans: Gaming, watching hd content, photoshop sometimes :D. Playing games like GTA V (maybe :D ), Watch_Dogs, Nfs series, Battlefield 4 and Upcoming games :)

*2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.*
Ans: 120k (Can add another 10k)

*3. Planning to overclock?*
Ans: Yes, but only when needed

*4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?*
Ans: Win 7

*5. How much hard drive space is needed?*
Ans: 2Tb

*6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.*
Ans: 24 Incher

*7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?*
Ans: None

*8. When are you planning to buy the system?*
Ans: Dec 15

*9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?*
Ans: Yes. Will build it myself

*10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?*
Ans: Locally also online preffered.

*11. Anything else which you would like to say?*
Ans: Suggest config which can serve my needs :)

I think OP should get MSI R9 280X TwinFrozr 3GB instead of a GTX760 2GB, he has the budget.

Edit: Or even a R9 290X, if he can stretch the budget a bit (like 10k as he mentioned) when non-reference models by MSI or Sapphire comes out.

If possible he can get a Asus R9 290x 4GB by getting a Core i5 4670k instead but he needs more VRAM only if he going for multi-monitor setup and he ain't. So its better to settle for GTX770 only.

Is GTX780Ti = GTX760 SLI = TITAN?

760 sli is slightly faster than 780 ti but consumes much high power .

R9 290x > GTX770 in single monitor as well, as far as I'm concerned.

r9 280x cannot play demanding games at 60fps with max settings at 1080p.

He is building 1.30 lakh rig here - r9 280x is unfair where he can get better gpu

How about single R9 290 or R9 290x??
Also Dell announced that they are going to launch 4k monitor under 1000$. Much affordable. I think after 6-8months might buy that. So keeping the resolution in mind suggest the gpu accordingly :)
