get i3 3220 or i3 3210 instead of 2120 as it;s 3rd gencpu which runs 6%faster and consumes 10w less.

ram is overpriced.it,s real price is 2.8k even in flipkart

Yup, Get the 3rd gen Intel Core I3 3220 or 3225. It offers good Performance than the 2nd gen.
The 2nd generation Intel Core i3-2120 doesn't
support PCI-E 3.0 but it does support dual
channel memory. For me I would go with the
Intel Core i3-3220,it has PCI-E 3.0,
the improvemnts to the design makes the Intel
Core i3-3220 run around 6% faster at the same
speed.

What do you mean " IF "

About hd7770....

If I go for hd 7750 will there be a big performance drop?? Because hd 7750 is 2k cheaper than HD 7770.then everything will be inside the budget ( 35 k ). And whichever you suggest please suggest which manufacturer to go with - asus, msi, gigabyte, sapphire, his, or power colour.

Is there anything else which i can change that there are cheaper options which offer same quality, performance . Ram for instance . There is g skill 4 gb for 1.5 k.

Thanks in advance

Not if you are using 64 bit OS, atleast for more than mid level settings in the latest games.

@ OP : If u can wait for 2-3 months, then u can get HD 7790 which will be far better in performance than 7770.

About that.... I still haven't decided which version to go for?? 32 or 64 bit version???

A 32 bit OS can only use up to 3.5 GB, that too through Physical Address Extension, and the memory is managed very efficiently. A 64 bit OS can address thousands of TB of RAM very very efficiently. So, for anything above 3 GB, a 64 bit OS is highly recommended. And 32 bit apps do worn in 64 bit OS anyways, so 64 bit is the obvious choice.

I mentioned the setup for 5 fans because I mentioned of 5 fans and op didn't said anything. BTW apart from the 1 included front fan, you should set 2 top and 1 rear excust to create a good negative air pressure which is ideal for cooling.

OK. If you don't mind AMD Config here's some advice:

AMD A10-5800k -8500, (Here you have GPU built in)
Asus F2A55-M-LE -4800,
Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 4GB -1500,
Corsair GS500 -3900,
NZXT Source 210 Elite -2900,
Asus 24B5ST DVD-RW -1000,
WD Caviar Blue 500GB -3100,
Dell 20" IN2030M LED -6400,
CM 120mm 4 BLUE LED Fans -1800,
Logitech Gaming Combo G100 -1600.

TOTAL -35,500.

I don't mind amd. But performance wise, what is the difference between this rig and the other one.

And will the lack of a GPU in the above rig affect the performance ??

Sorry for replying lately, but I had an exam today??

Guys,

Please answer!

You see a discrete GPU will ALWAYS be better than an IGP(Integrated Graphics Processing, the GPU inbuilt in CPU die)
the extra 4k to get i3/HD 7770 will be worth it

i3 3220 + 7770 >>> a10 5800k. Stick with your config.

No need to get confused. HD 7770 is way better than HD 7670 igp...

Not to confuse you further, but might you wanna check NZXT Source 210 Elite at around 2.8K which comes with 2 Fans. Gamma is good too, but I liked straight front of 210 Elite and have planned it for my next system.
