Gaming rig for friend strictly under 28k

Been busy lately, finally Diwali is here and I have to build another rig for a friend of mine.
As mentioned- primary purpose of the rig is gaming and the budget is strictly 28k.

I would love if you guys would post both AMD and Intel configs.

Parts to be included in the budget -
Mobo,
CPU,
GPU,
PSU,
RAM (4GB - any frequency),
HDD(320GB/500 GB),
Monitor,
Cabinet,
Optical Drive.

What's the problem in filling it up? Everyone here is bounded by some rules in the interest of forum. If one user has to do it, then so do you.

Good. Just don't come back here making a new thread saying "DID I LOOSE MONEY BY BUYING XXXX".

It would have been very good if you could just fill that up,because if you do that believe me it will be you who will be benefited the most here.We know it takes time and patience but its just for once and the joy is forever!
