1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming

Ans: 45k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: If possible yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1tb

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: 22 inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Graphic card which i'll buy later for around 20k and ups

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Tomorrow

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:I'll assemble it

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Mumbai, lamington road

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Preference is Intel

this is a config posted by TDF member bssunilreddy on another thread for an individual whose requirements were pretty similar to yours, you may check it out:

Processor: Intel Core i5 6500 -15000,
Motherboard: Gigabyte B150M-D3H -7500,
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz -2500,
SMPS: Seasonic M12II 520w -6000,
Cabinet: Antec GX500 -4500,
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3700,
DVD/RW : Asus 24B3ST DVD/RW -1100,
SSD : Kingston UV400 240GB SSD -4500.
TOTAL -44,800.

If you don't need a SSD or a DVD-RW drive then you may leave them out of your config. For monitor, you can go for a Samsung 22" LED monitor which currently retails for around 8k.

B150 is meant for business purposes, where as H170 is meant for low-end gaming. For hardcore gaming, Z170 is the best fit.

All things being equal, I would personally go for H170.

Deepcool cabinets are quite good, as are their coolers. Can't say anything about Corsair, though they might be a bit pricey. Cabinets usually depend on the user's personal aesthetic sense. Just make sure that it is well ventilated, has cable management facilities, and is adequate to hold 3rd party air coolers.

Difference B150 & H170 is that former does not have RAID support but later has RAID support.

I would advise you to stay far away from Antec, Go for the cheapest Corsiar/NZXT chassis you can buy.
Prefereably Corsair.Coz they give 2 year warranty compareted to just one on NZXT.
And if you are new, buy a cabinet that suits your mobo.
Check if the cabinet supports your mobo layout.
Like dont buy a micro ATX case for an ATX mobo.
Most new builders do this mistake.
Especially when they order online.

I bought the following rig

Motherboard: Gigabyte B150M-D3H -7300,
RAM: Kingston HyperX fury black 2133Mhz -2600,
SMPS: Seasonic M12II 520w -5900,
Cabinet: Antec X1 T - 2550
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3400,

Gigabyte B150M-D3H doest support 2400mhz ram so i had to buy 2133mhz Hyperx because Vengeance lpx 21333mhz is not available anywhere.
