I'm a bit confused about the 'shadow of F' and the '3 into 11th letter' part.

i think shadow of F is E ...

Well, I do not know what does the answer for the above puzzle mean.

Here is what i found having answer as God Bless U.

Letter after F -> G
Half of 8 -> o
Shadow of q -> d
Opposite of d -> b
Letter before m -> l
Middle of Sea -> e
2 into 19th letter -> ss
Middle of SUN -> U

Now what the hell does that mean? The first two combine to form 'Height'. After that it makes no sense. Mostly because I'm doing it wrong.
