Just a word of caution. Change your country to US country *before* buying any of those 5 apps. If you buy 3 apps first, then change country and then buy the remaining 2 apps, points may not reflect correctly.

Change your country settings to a US address... Also, try to buy from your PC... This will not work if you are linked to an Indian address...
just install. it will give you warning that "you might buy an app which may not work". ignore that, and continue with purchase.

I didn't need to download anything. Just bought them from the web page, and got the credit added to my balance.
i also bought them from website but nothing is being shown as my coin credits, its zero
