Yesterday I created this application for a friend, which gets geolocation in google maps via IP address.

hey how to use it...coz whenever i put my ip address it gives me wrong location...

ok now getting it...also can u show me how you did this ?? Also is it possible to get the street address using just the ip address ??
As much as I appreciate your work, you should learn to respect the rules of this forum. You have been repeatedly breaking the rules. This thread again is in the wrong section.
It needs 2 much improvements
Earlies it showed my location as Leh & now as India
there is not much hope for improvement as the IPs can only be rounded down to the main ISP and indian ISPs do not provide services to tell us accurate details.
This app just shows us the location on gmap that the IP subnet belongs to(for the provided IP)..
