apart from camera wt r ur preferences.....?
eg. phone type/design, any particular choice of brand....

if your father's primary usage will be calling, texting etc thn go for any Nokia phone & u need not to spend that much IMHO

Only good camera and 20K = Nokia N8.

u can consider Galaxy R or Galaxy S Plus.... both r better than arc except for design/look....

What About GALAXY SII...I would Give my iPhone to dad....So If Its for Me Shud I Get Galaxy S II or iPhone 4S....

iOS or Android the choice is urs.... chk the price of iPhone 4s first

if android thn Galaxy SII is the current best... u mentioned ur budget 20k SGSII will cost u around 27-28k
