Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus - 1.8k [Moderate]

Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme Rev. C - 2.5k locally & 3k online [but need to have a pair of good fans to Good results]

Based on the price per cooling, i suggest to get a CM Hyper 212+

If your budget can be increased then consider buying Corsair H50[3.9], Noctua NH-U12P SE2 [3.7k] or Corsair H70 5.5k

Hyper 212 Plus is one of the best Air Coolers available in market. Check its review on guru3d and you don't need to think twice.

This will give you a perfect idea on what kind of performance to expect from various coolers:
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, Cooler Master Hyper N620 and Cogage TRUE Spirit CPU Coolers. Page 7 - X-bit labs

Note: In the above test, the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme used is the first revision of the model. Latest one is Rev. C which is more efficient than the previous gen models.

If i increase the fsb then the cpu clock and ram frequency will also increase?
But i have kigston and zion value ram.i think this value ram is not for overclocking....how to overclock cpu without increasing ram frequency?

i too have the e7300 @ 3.33 ghz.
i bought a cheap Rs. 300 coolermaster cooler.
on p95, i get max 66C.

3ghz is not too high. get something cheap.
buy 1200+ coolers if you want to get in the range of 3.8-4.0 ghz.

If you are only aiming 3 Ghz then get CM Hyper TX3 instead but if plan to use the cpu cooler sometime in the future with SB cpus get Hyper N620.
