U wanna good cam in music series mobile
i can assure u good sound in SE camera series phones

Get old warhorse from Nokia The N73ME...its best for both..just not futuristic
Moto Zn5 is Best in sound and camera...but its Motorola

n79 for 17.5 k ..

My Dear Rajanav, In this budget you can get an excellent phone which is Nokia 6500 slider. The specs are: 3.2 MP camera with carl zeiss optics, Dual LED flash, 2" screen, & nice sound. Well the phone does not comes from Xpress Music Series but you can try it. Battery last for 2-3 days and the price is around 13K. i had purchased it two months back... good phone..
