YouTube is popular here. You watch some videos again and again. How awesome would it be if you could keep watching them again and again without having to pay for data, and take the videos with you wherever you go? Within the coming few weeks, much of YouTube will be available offline in India. This is huge, and our users will really, really like this. You can download a video once, save it to your phone, and watch it again and again.

The video would probably stay inside a container accessible to YouTube only. Further the ads would be downloaded on the fly. Yeah at least it is better than having to download it again and again.

So you want free videos? Stop acting like a j### nothing is free in world. Ads you watch contribute to musicians, reviewers, comedians and other content creators. Why they will entertain you for FREE?

bad news....
Some possible limitations

  1. Offline videos will expire in 30 days.
  2. Uploaders can decide whther their video can be downloaded for offline use.

Well few years back there are very less ads and google apps were clean at that time they were not facing any problem it is their greed due to which most people are using ad blocker now which instead of helping is just doing opposite..but now ads are too much i even reduced watching youtube videos for this reason.

I don't think so,i think it only works in rooted :?:
What is Adblock Plus for Android?

Adblock Plus for Android is an Android app that runs in the background and filters ads, using the same filter lists as the Adblock Plus browser extensions. It works on Android version 2.3 and higher.

Because Android's support for traffic filtering is limited, Adblock Plus uses several approaches, automatically selecting the best one for the device:

If the device is rooted, Adblock Plus will filter all web traffic out of the box.
On non-rooted devices running Android 4.1.2, 4.2.1 and higher, Adblock Plus will filter all WiFi traffic, but it needs to be configured as a proxy server manually. Detailed instructions are provided by Adblock Plus for not experienced users.
On non-rooted devices running Android 3.1 and higher, Adblock Plus will filter all WiFi traffic out of the box.
On non-rooted devices running Android 3.0 and older, Adblock Plus needs to be configured as a proxy server manually. Some devices do not support proxy configuration, and Adblock Plus does not work on those.
