After what have u got BSOD???
Some of reasons oF BSOD are
In Windows XP, a blue screen of death occurs when the kernel or a driver running in kernel mode encounters an error from which it cannot recover. This is usually caused by an illegal operation being performed.
Each BSoD usually displays a message such as FILE_SYSTEM as well as a number like 0x00000022.
So what kind of nummber u get???

Your ram must be faulty......run memtest86 for about 12 hrs,,,,and check if you get any errors... ;) .........
